I think i have a uti

Last time i got my period was January 18th, I’m ovulating right now, and I’m having bloody discharge. This usually happens to me and then the discharge would be brown for a few days. But this time its dark red discharge coming out its not even clear or anything. I feel like i have a uti because everytime i pee i have this funny feeling my clit. It doesn’t hurt and i don’t have foul smell of urine. Idk maybe the bloody discharge is because of the Uti? I just turned 18 and live in New York i wanna go to the clinic to see what’s going on i don’t wanna go to my own pediatrician because i don’t want my mother to found out I’m going to the doctor. Do you guys think i can go to the clinic and just show them my insurance and have it blocked?
