8dpo, negative test, full of symptoms!

I’m pretty sure this post is really pointless but I am driving myself crazy 🥵 I am 8dpo, sex 3 times every second day before ovulation, very very suddeny about 5/6 dpo my nipples went hard and haven’t stopped since!! They are agony, hard little white dots have appeared on them, I can’t stop randomly crying and taking huffs with my husband then feeling buzzing the next, I have a very specific area of pain/discomfort in my lower left abdomen... I also have painful gas which I remember having in my first pregnancy but not much of the other stuff (definitely not the nipples)... really suddenly I just assumed I must have conceived because I just feel so dramatically different? But this morning I took a clear blue digits test and it took a while but came up “not pregnant” and I won’t lie I was shocked!

Am I too early and what is the likelihood of a false negative at this stage? I’m not due for 5 days and even when I’m due my period I don’t get symptoms like this and when I do get symptoms they’re about the day before, maybe 2!
