Clearblue advanced

I have irregular cycles and a history of uterine polyps, I started this month ttc. I started to use the normal clearblue opk and kept getting negatives. I ran out so I purchased a box of clearblue advanced. The first test yesterday morning test was negative so I decided not to test again that night.

This morning I woke up and decided to try again and I got a peak (non flashing) smile! Also had clear CM. I read in the instructions the face would stay on the screen for 48 hours but it disappeared, I just tested again and now it’s a blinking smiley face... has this ever happened to anyone before??
