Implantation bleeding???

So I am about 4-6 days late took a pregnancy test on the 1-2 day of missing period it came back negative. Today after peeing i noticed in the toilet cervical mucus with like a small spot of blood in it. Can this be implantation bleeding? Can you have implantation bleeding after a missed period? TIA!

It’s normal my sister passed her. For one week and her test came out negative she waited another week and that was positive everybody’s different I wish you all the luck baby dust goes out to you￼

Most likely not. I would say it’s your period. Do you know when or if you ovulated

Update: I only had that one spot one time have had nothing after that
