Need some reassurance

Hello! I’m on the birth control pill and use condoms when we have sex but last month my “period” was only spotting and lasted for about 4 days. I haven’t had any mishaps with the pill but I feel like the fact that my period was so weird has me stressing. I’m a week away from my next period and my breasts are sore on the outer areas. Has this happened to anyone before?!

I’m getting married in a month so I’m thinking maybe stress is causing this but I’m kinda freaking out hahaha
