Pregnant or side effects?

So confused. I had protected sex a week ago but the condom came off and idk if he had precum when he was inside me. I ended my period two days earlier. I took a Plan B the next day because i was nervous and unsure.

It’s been a week, I had no side effects of plan b, but just today i’m starting to feel my breasts a tiny bit swollen and i noticed a lot of thin vaginal discharge. Ik thin discharge is associated with ovulating so is it possible to ovulate a week after taking plan b? Or maybe i’m pregnant? I’m so nervous and scared.
