Update you guys I waited 2 and a half weeks to go to my ob for check up and ultrasound and surely baby and heartbeat was there, the er is not always right  they give us no hope at all

I am so sorry. This is what happened with my last pregnancy. A blighted ovum... awful experience. I am pregnant again and was terrified of the first ultrasound but this time we have yolk sac, fetus, and a heartbeat!!! 
Just remember that there is still hope after this. But take all the time you need to grieve
