I hate myself

currently winding down from an episode where my daughter who is for refuse to listen to me for probably the 25th time today so I finally had it and I got up and I walked over and I popped her bottom not very hard but hard enough to get her attention and she peed herself. and then scream cry to the bathroom because she thought I was going to punish her for peeing herself. At this point I want to punish myself breaks my heart to know that I made her pee herself and then she thought that I was going to punish her It had to have been embarrassing for her. I'm just so upset with myself.
