Sleeping training 2 month old ?

Can someone please help me with any advice I’m trying to sleep train my 2 month old but she is just not having it. I change her diaper, feed her and put her in her bassinet at 8 pm and she wakes right up screaming . I go back to work in 3 weeks and idk how I am going to manage

Even at 2 months they should not be sleeping more than 4 hrs throughout the night but the best routine to get them on is this. 
1. Try to keep them awake throughout the day with 3 two hour naps.
2. Simmer them down around 8pm
3. Bath time if they’re due. 
4. Give them expressed milk at about 4 ounces from a bottle to fill their bellies and do not let them fall asleep even if you have to burp them in the middle of the feed. 
5. Burp the baby and make sure they get a burp.
6. Rock them while snuggling them and make sure their swaddle is on.
7. Once they’ve slept at least 20 mins in your arms then place them in the bassinet. They should sleep with you in the bedroom in their crip or bassinet for the first 6 months to be safe.  Good luck!

You aren't suppose to sleep train until 4 monthes. Baby is still in the fourth trimester.
