Birth control?

Any mamas on the patch? I was on it after birth and after noticing nausea all month long and vomiting after each new patch I started to wonder if it was the birth control. After several months of being on it I developed excruciating joint pain/nerve pain that I could barely walk! So I let time go by and now my daughter is almost 9 months I though hey maybe my hormones were just too freshly jacked up haha so Thursday I slapped on the patch again, now Sunday I’m already having joint pain and extreme nausea 😭 does any one have any recommendations on a BC that works for them? I’ve tried the pill I just suck at remembering to take them at the same time everyday. I can take them just not the same daily 🤦🏻‍♀️
