UTI treatment without a visit to the doctor?

Is there any other way to get treatment for a UTI without going to the doctor? Its so hard to get an appointment the same day the UTI shows up and it’s super painful. I’ve gotten a same day prescription from an online site before (I believe it was called HeyDoctor) but I had to pay $20 then my insurance payed for the actual medication. I’ll definitely do this again if necessary but I’d like to know if there’s any other way of getting medication or treatment, especially if my insurance can fully pay?
