Fertile CM

Ok, so I am wondering if I’m ovulating. I keep reading everywhere that fertile cm is most like egg white in consistency. I check my cm often to see if any changes happen. I can’t remember the last time I saw that consistency of cm. I mostly have the thicker white discharge. Has anyone else had the thicker white cm and still gotten pregnant without seeing the egg white cm?
