Need a listening ear I cant take anymore heart break of not being pregnant 😪

So I've come on a day late had horrendous sickness, sore boobs and finally thought after 9 months of trying my month had come.

I feel so upset, I have a little boy whoes nearly 4 and I know I'm super lucky to have one already but I so want him to have a sibling and its just not happening.

I'm due to see my gyno in a few days as I get pelvic pain on off through the month and he said it could be scar tissue from my appendix removal stuck to my uterus or endo

I cant take much more heart break. We try everything having sex every other day and every day through ovulation even tried seven seas this month.
