Stretch marks on one side

I’m 17 weeks and I’m only getting stretch marks on my left side. It’s strange. The hug red one started small like the other 2 you can see. I have no signs of any on the right side of my stomach. I think it’s so strange. I also haven’t really grown much, I look nothing more than bloated tbh so i don’t understand. Could it be from growing on the inside as skin has a lot of layers? Happen to anyone else? Lol
