TMI leaking fluid?

I’m a FTM mom and have no idea how to tell if I’m leaking or not. For the past few hours I been feeling wet off and on down there. Every time I change I get wet again, it definitely isn’t a gush but I do feel it being wet. Then every time I look it’s clear liquid, it possibly can be discharge but it’s just liquid in my panties there’s no color or any type of thick anything just wet spots every time. I tried smelling to see if it smelt sweet but I honestly can’t tell. I’m having mild BH/cramping here and there but nothing major like contractions. Not really sure what I should do, I don’t want to go in this late for no reason or be told it’s something like pee or just liquid discharge
