Is this white mold?
This is in my apartment and I’m going to the office tomorrow hoping this is mold so I can get out of my lease
UPDATE: this first photo was taken a few months ago when I had let them know about it but they still haven’t looked at it

And this is current below. Overtime it just got like this so I’m thinking it’s mold? There was a leak right here before so I don’t know
