Im defenitely taking her tomorrow thank you.

But does anyone know what could this be? I am terrified of it being a cold sore 😫 it all started on the 17th of last month after finally getting better from having the flu and rsv at the same time. Her little nose started getting red and i thought it was because of me using the suctioning bulb to much on her but as the days went by it started getting more red and red and now it looks like this. No its not fever blister looking 🤷🏻‍♀️ it looks more like a scratch that cannot scar away and dry :( any one have an idea what it could be?

Firs pic how it started around Jan. 15-16 mind you we had her 6 month check up on the 17th and her dr said it was dry skin from taking boogies out.

Second pic is couple of days later around the 26th it was trying to crust and dry.
