Headaches

Have been having headaches since around just before 18 weeks mark I’m now 19 1/2 weeks and nothing is taking it away it’s been an ongoing headaches where it gets sore behind my eyes when I move them etc, anyone else experience them? I also wasn’t able to keep anything down during this time at the start from getting severe heartburn which was making me vomit, any advice would be greatful 😊
