Does anyone have fluctuating prolactin levels?

My prolactin levels for past one year are fluctuating ? I have been thru iui ivf everythng failed.i didn't even ovulate in my iui cycles (but I have ovulated before that when my levels are good ,like I normally ovulate but ever since I started milking I am not)and I am also milking colostrum .my levels are not high .just slightly elevated .23 out of 23.when the levels are below range I am not milking .I am even getting milk blebs and my doctor's aren't treating it .What should I do ?I have never been pregnant ,just one miscarriage three years back
