baby isn't moving...

so I'm 29 weeks 3 days and sense Saturday I have felt bubs move maybe 10 times total. Saturday I was walking around pretty much alllllll day shopping but even that night after laying in bed still nothing, he's usually very active in the morning and right before bed and the past few days I get maybe 2-3 quick kicks from him, I'm not the worry type of person but I'm starting to get concerned, should I just go to the ER to have bubs checked out?
