baby refused breast all night

so friday, saturday, and sunday i had to work 12+ hour shifts and my 10 week old was bottle feed expressed breast milk. last night i breastfed him at 9 and then put him down for the night. he woke at midnight and refused to breastfeed and was extremely upset. i laid him down for a minute and he fell back asleep. i woke again at 4 freaking out because i hadn’t heard him (he normally feeds every 2-3 hours at night) and tried to feed him again with the same result. i gave gripe water and laid him down and he slept until 7. i woke him up and fed him but he still seemed to resist at first. am i freaking out over nothing? i just feel out of sync with him.
