You would have to have a high fever for a prolonged period of time for there to be any real risk. You’re fine. 😊

I’ve had a fever with two of my pregnancies.   Talk with your provider about what they want you to do.  I was told to take OTC meds to keep my fever low and to be seen if it hit a certain level with meds.  (I can’t remember what they told me to take or the temperature that I needed to stay under) my kids are just fine.  The concern is letting the fever stay high for a prolonged period.

Uh yeah I was sick with a cold both times. Nothing happened. I just took medicine

I had a fever at 8 weeks and nothing happened. Check which meds are safe with your doctor (Tylenol is usually fine).
