Need opinions

So BF left for work on the 23rd so this was what we were able to do. The past two days I have been cramping lightly and having some twinging pain in pelvic area and even some pains in the vagina area. Also been having some weird dreams the past few nights. Also very gassy and some pain in my boobs. I do not everrrrr have cramps until the day I start bleeding. I have also gotten a few pimples in the center of my forehead which NEVER happens. Am I possibly pregnant and this implantation symptoms? These things never happen, I assure you. Everything I’ve told bf he keeps saying “you’re pregnant” but he’s also been saying that for 4 months and I haven’t been. But really wondering right now but also trying not to get my hopes up.
