Period or something else

So i have a three yr old and we are trying to convince #2 well last week for three days light pink blood in my cm and when i mean light super light okay i was like okay my period comeing then friday i had framping to the point it felt like full on contractions so my husband had me take a test earlysaturday more negitive my period is in three days anyone else have this i am assuming it period stuff but never had cramping for a period feel that intense before other then when i was in labor with #1 anyone else got an idea if not ill just wait it out
