Maternity leave?

How early is too early? I'm 30 weeks and MISERABLE. I work 3rd shift and have a 2.5 year old and a few medical issues. I think I'm going to try and stick it out the month of February then go out but I feel super guilty leaving my job to find a replacement

Generally it depends on your company policy or your short term disability too. You may be able to go out early but may have to take unpaid thru FMLA

If your ready and can afford it, do it. I’m finishing up at 35 weeks.
I’m already super tired at 28 wks and looking forward to a few weeks rest and spending time with my son before this new wee one arrives x

It depends on what your job offers you.
I had to straight up quit my job at 31 weeks because of severe back and pelvic pain. I couldn’t take a leave that early.
