Pregnancy signs?

I know I come on here a lot asking for advice lol but I always appreciate your feedback so here I am again! Last week I started getting extremely sick like actual puking but only at night.. during the day I would be perfect fine but night comes around and my head is in the toilet.. now it’s to the point everything I eat makes me sick and even certain textures make me sick and I’ve been extremely tired.. could I possibly be pregnant or am I just looking too much into it and I just have a simple stomach bug? Please help😭
