please help!

so i’ve had the iud for a year and 1/2 and before that i had the implant for 9 months so i haven’t bled in around 2 years because my period stopped on the nexplanon. Recently i began talking to this guy and having sex pretty regularly and all of a sudden my period is back and my cramps are WORSE THAN EVER!!! i don’t know if this is normal or not and it’s really worrying me. also ive has my period 3 times in 2020 already. does anyone have any similar situations or advice???
