March baby moving to February baby??

Just had my dr. Appt. Baby boy has dropped, fingertip dilated with baby boy at -3 station, going to weekly NSTs and ultrasounds now due to PIH (high blood pressure) in previous pregnancies and I am having inconsistent real contractions.

Have had a feeling he might come early this whole pregnancy and it's looking to be that way.. we will see.

*Yes, I am aware being dilated at all doesnt mean anything at this point u less I am actively in labor.*
