I recently had an episode of bleeding 29 out of the 31 days in the month. Last week the bleeding was very very heavy and the clots were giant. I went into my OBGYN and he took me off he pill right away. I was still bleeding heavy, so they sent me to get an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that everything was normal but that I had a cyst on my left ovary which they said would dissolve in its own. Meanwhile...still heavy bleeding. Dr gives me Provera to stop the bleeding. The bleeding stopped but now he wants me to get an IUD in this week. I don’t know how I feel about this. Can you tell me about your IUD experiences? I’m unsure of what to do.
