Husband talks to me like I’m a piece of shit

The header says it all. He is so rude to me. He has an attitude easily and just now yelled at me to shut up. He does that a lot.

It’s hard because he is an amazing husband in other ways. He works hard for us and takes care of me and loves on me. He is a great dad too, our son idolizes him. But he gets set off so easily and will talk to me like shit all the time.

I don’t know what’s worse, my son coming from a broken home or growing up hearing his dad talk to me like that. I’ve told him before to stop and I wouldn’t tolerate it but he doesn’t even try to stop it. He won’t go to counseling with me either.

I’m feeling hopeless.
