What should I expect?

I’m 38 weeks exactly on Wednesday and being induced Sunday at 8pm. This is my first baby and I know everyone’s experience is different, but what could be some things that I should expect? Or at least be ready for? I have no idea how they are going to induce me (whether it be Pitocin first, or breaking my water first). Also, I am being super strict as far as hospital rules go,but I know that there is going to be one person for sure that’s going to disagree, and that’s my stepmother. How should I handle her? Or others who disagree with what my boyfriend and I decide?
