Is it possible to ovulate 4 days ?

These are my tests. So here’s why I am asking. On CD 13 I started feeling nauseous and extremely crampy like cramps that made it hard to move. I am currently 3 months post partum and the last two cycles have been regular so I highly doubt I am pregnant given I had my period literally 13 days ago but anyway, I took the test because the app said ovulation was coming up and I was wondering if that’s why I felt so crappy. Well it was blazing positive next was positive as well ( because surges I know can last 24 hours or so) but I tested again today on day 4 CD16 and it’s positive still? Is this normal ? Should I take pregnancy test ???
