Watery bleeding 11 weeks??

I was at work and started having HORRIBLE cramping in my uterus. It felt like contractions. I went to the bathroom and when i sat down there was very watery red blood coming out. I’ve been in the ER waiting for 4 hours. I’m 11 weeks pregnant. We’ve seen the baby before. Had a very healthy heartbeat. As of now there’s no pain and I’m only bleeding when I sit down to use the bathroom. What’s going on?? Is this a miscarriage?
