My bf and I have been together for 8 months. When we first started dating he would message me first in the morning, but past couple of months it’s always me who messages first - even if I said the last thing before we both go to sleep at night. I know it may seem silly or not a big deal but it can get frustrating as I ALWAYS have to message first & when/if I don’t message good morning, he gets in a mood. I’ve spoken to him about it and he’s said it doesn’t matter who messages first as long as we speak throughout the day.. with that being said I find it weird that he still gets upset if I don’t message him. I’m thinking of not messaging at all anymore and seeing what happens and if he messages me (I know it may seem immature but I’m just flat out annoyed at this point) Any thoughts/ideas?
