Bump on gums

Does anyone know what this bump on my gums is? I feel like I’ve gotten one before when I was younger and warm salt water did the trick but nothing is helping make this go away ☹️ The tooth it is by does need a root canal so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. (I’m almost 40 weeks pregnant and can’t get my root canal until after baby is born) but just wondering if anyone has had the same thing and had a home remedy that helped it? Thanks in advance!
