How to stop early wakings

lo has been waking between 5:00-5:30am the past week or so. I am a SAHM so we really don’t need to be up at any certain time and this is just too early! For awhile she was sleeping until 6:30-7:30am and I don’t know where it changed! It throws off our whole day and makes her have to go to bed at 6:00-6:30pm. I feel like we can’t do anything in the evenings because of this. Any tips on how to fix this?? I already read the taking cara babies blog but I feel like she said it would be a million things haha. Anything work for anyone else?

What is her nap schedule like? Is it possible she’s getting too little or too much sleep during the day...either can affect early wake times.

My daughter always wakes around 07:00. Sometimes she will randomly wake up around 06:15 and I will just let her stay in her crib until her desired wake time. Usually she falls back asleep.

Following. Except my little guys been waking up between 3-5 am and won’t go back asleep unless he has a bottle... but then he sleeps until 7 am. He was sleeping pretty much 7pm-7am and he’s getting plenty of milk during the day. I tried letting him fuss it out last night, checking in, patting, rocking, changing him... after an hour I just gave him a damn bottle.

Same, my baby used to sleep 12 plus hours. But now he only sleeps 8 and it makes it hard for me to get everything done when he goes to bed.

What time does her last nap end? Be sure she has 3-4 hours wake time in that period before bed. She may need to go to bed a little earlier or later depending on that. Same happened to us and I actually had to put her to sleep 30 mins EARLIER and she slept later.

Same! Last night I was up at 3-6 with a baby that was just ready to play. This mama is exhausted. I don't know what to do!

Keep her up an extra hour? Try 7-730 bedtime to restart her little body?
