Normal for twins or no?

I am 22 weeks and lately my lower abdomen just feels... tight? Heavy? It isn’t necessarily painful and is pretty much a constant feeling when I’m standing. Is this just from the heaviness of having two babies or does this sound like an issue?
I was supposed to have an OB apt last Friday and was going to talk to them about it, but it got canceled due to a labor. Now appointment is this Friday!

My belly feels exactly the same way when I stand for any extended period of time. I’m going to start wearing a belly band!

I would definitely look into getting a belly band to help support your back and stomach. It doesn't sound like an issue to talk to your doctor about. It just sounds like your stomach is getting heavy and weighing down on you 🤷‍♀️

I get this too! Only when I’m standing or walking! It gets so hard! I think it’s just position of babies and gravity 🤷🏼‍♀️

Some belly support sounds like it could help. I had to get a different band around 18 wks. One with more back support. This is my fourth pregnancy and I’m due with twins.

I’ve tried bands, they make me feel like I can’t breath 😅 
I’ve been kinesio taping for support. Guess maybe I should try out a belt maybe? But worried that will just be the same as the band. 
The more I do the worse the feeling is. And certainly the feeling is almost always there toward the end of the day. Guess I was just a tad worried about it possibly being pre-term labour related. 
You guys are probably right though!
