Tallest baby walker?? PLEASE READ

I am looking for a baby walker for my 1 year old who is 24lbs and 31.5 inches tall. I had bought a push behind one that he doesn't like and it's not very safe because he can push it out from in front of him. I don't want to hear opinions about the other walkers and how dangerous they are. I've done my research and it all sounds like the dangers are from parent negligence.

Because he is so tall for his age which walkers are the tallest and strongest?
