Mucus clump in toilet 5 weeks pregnant

Hi all! This is an uncomfortable question but this morning I felt and saw a clump of mucus (a little brownish) in the toilet and I’m freaking out that it’s a sign of miscarriage.

This is my second pregnant and I don’t think it happened during my first.

I talked to the nurses line and she reassured me that my body is just producing more mucus right now and there is nothing to worry about unless there is heavy bleeding.

Just curious if anyone has anything similar or knows if this is a miscarriage symptom? Our first appt isn’t for three more weeks.
