Posterior at 37+3

So yesterday I had an OB check and baby girl is head down which she has been for a while. I am 1cm dilated, 50% effaced. I am scheduled to get induced on the 20th (day before due date) which is protocol for IVF patients (can’t go over due date). Baby girl is “face up for the most part” according to the ultrasound tech. Should I be concerned? The doctor said not to worry because most babies will turn before going down birth canal. I guess I’m more so curious if anyone that has delivered before has gone through this?
