Is it normal...

To get one sided ovary cramps 11 dpo?

My left ovary almost just felt like it was ovulating for a minute. I had the trigger shot 13 days ago along with IUI. So definitely don’t think I’m about to ovulate. Why just one side cramps? 🙄😐
