To get one sided ovary cramps 11 dpo?

My left ovary almost just felt like it was ovulating for a minute. I had the trigger shot 13 days ago along with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. So definitely don’t think I’m about to ovulate. Why just one side cramps? 🙄😐
