What to expect during induction

Question

Going in Monday, March 2nd to be induced. The doctor said I’ll go in Monday, then Tuesday they’ll start the drug to induce and break my water if they haven’t on their own. This is my first child so someone give me details I get like so worked up of the unknown lol

I didn’t have the best experience (but don’t think that means you won’t!) I went in at 7am 3cm dilated  they started meds and broke my water at 12  at 7 pm I was only around 4cm and my doctor decided to do a c section. His head was large so we think he just couldn’t fit lol but I did not hate c section recovery. I’m having another one in April lol

My first induction was easy. 3cms, broken water, only two hours. I was allowed to move as much as I wanted. My second was hard. 2cms, broken water, 23.5 hours. I wasn’t able to move around much and they struggled to keep baby on the monitor.
