Any moms requesting not to go over 40 weeks??

I’m 38+5 with my first but At 35 weeks baby was already measuring 6lb3oz. So I told the doc I’m scared to go over 40 weeks bc of the risks. She said that’s fine and she agrees. Anyone else??? I wonder what we’ll decide!?

My dr won’t let me go past 40 weeks because I’m 40 yrs old. Which I was perfectly fine with!

I asked to get induced at 39 weeks and I got told I won’t make it to then. At my 36 week appointment I was 3cm dilated

Yea I’m being induced next week I’ll be 39 and it’s by choice which my doctors agree with. Although me and baby are perfectly healthy I just can’t continue I’m in so much pain.

I had a growth scan at 39 weeks and they told me she was weighing 9lbs, I’m seeing a consultant tomorrow and I’m going to ask to get induced
