Baby eating

I am having such trouble with my baby eating solid food! I give him pouches with oat cereal and he eats that okay but if I try solids he stores it in his cheeks and then chokes. I have tried feeding him so slow and he still does it with every bite! Any advise on how to get him to stop storing? Any help is appreciated!!!

I’ve tried cutting up his meat so thin with potatoes and gravy and he still seems to store!

He was born 4/24 and has 4 teeth with two more about to come through.
