Clearblue weeks indicator

Hi ladies need some help...going out of my mind!! I took a clearblue digital last Wednesday and I got pregnant 1-2 I have done another this morning and I have got the same pregnant 1-2 I thought it would be 2-3 by now? Going crazy hoping I’m not having another miscarriage? Does anyone have any advice?? (According to glow I’m 4 weeks 3 days)
