AF 9 days late

Has anyone had a period that was late with a few faint positive tests and then tests that were negative on digital? But in fact are pregnant? I’m supposed to have a blood test today to find out if I am pregnant but now my at home tests are negative when they were positive on Sunday and Monday. I have PCOS and I had my first round of progesterone and Letrazole in the beginning of January.
