EXHAUSTED 11+4 :(

So, I'm not sure how long this is gonna last or if it's common to last the whole pregnancy, but I am sooo tired all the time. I have read the first trimester tends to be exhausting and that it typically fades away, but I'm just not seeing ANY of it subsiding since the beginning. I go from normal energy to where i can fall asleep standing up, every 3 to 4 hours. I dont mean to sound overly-confident, but my diet is well rounded, I dont munch on candy or chips, I drink water throughout the day and when I wake at night, and I dont drink very much caffeine anymore. (I was used to drinking 2 to 3 very strong cups per day, some containing espresso). My job isnt strenuous in any sense, as I am a cashier at a small town gas station. (Maybe I need to move around more?) I get 8-9 hours of sleep and rest much of the day when I'm home. Though, I know I haven't done much exercising besides a little bit of yoga lol. Any ideas on if this is likely to continue? Or tips on what types of food or snacks I can eat for more energy without the caffeine? Any input, tips or tricks are welcomed. Thanks for the help!
