Always infinity pads are what I use at night, absorbs everything super fast and they’re comfier and not as crinkly as some other pads. As far as tampons, I’ve always used playtex sport. A good friend of mine swears by Kotex tampons tho. Maybe buy a small box of each and try both? Best of luck to you! ☺️
