Insurance from job I’m quitting

Hello! Next Friday I am turning in my two weeks notice. Since I will no longer carry dental and vision through my work, I am getting my eye exam and dental cleaning next week. My last day will be February 28th unless my job has me leave before then (in different departments they normally do not accept the two weeks and will have the employee leave same day or day after). My question is, will they still cover the costs since I am quitting close to my appointment times? Will I be held responsible for the payments if something doesn’t go through after I am unemployed by them?
