When you started to work out when cleared at 6 weeks what low key exercises did you find worked best to slowly ease into it. I have not worked out in ages, so I am super out of shape and also only 6 weeks out from my csection. I did not work out after my first since I dropped the weight so fast, this time it is not going so well haha.
